When does automatic outlining occur? My outlining is acting really weird, and I think it's because it's happening before the semantic parse data is set correctly in my document. Is this possible?
The reason I think it's a timing thing is that when I turn off the semantic parser service (don't start it in my app) everything seems to work fine.
