Formatting of error tooltip

It will be usefull if you will format(with line-breakes) error message which appears on mouse hover on invalid XML.

For now if error description is too long, tooltip text width is about screen width and it is hard to read. Moreover it will be great if I'll can set maximum error width in charachters by myself.
