I'm using 4.0.0450 on WinXP Sp3 and not all of the given themes seem to work (e.g. LunaMetallic, Office2007Black).

As of yesterday's new beta, there are only 3 themes implemented: LunaNormalColor, Office2007Blue and AeroNormalColor. We will be adding more as development continues before the final release.

We just posted a new beta at the same ZIP location. This update now has all 3 XP themes, all 3 Office themes, and the Aero theme implemented. Some tweaks were made to the existing themes from the last beta.
There also is a new demo showing Ribbon combined with Docking, and some nice new icons in the Sample Browser.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.1) was released 2 months ago,
which was after the last post in this thread.
