I'd like to change size of Application Button. I need it a little bit bigger than it is. Is this possible?

Hmm, right now it's designed to meet the requirements specified by Microsoft. You could try increasing its width/height but I'm not sure if that will update its (or its surrounding elements) appropriately or not. Generally if your icon doesn't fit within the existing bounds, it's best to shrink your icon a small amount so that you continue to meet the Microsoft ribbon guidelines.
