When running the new Standard MDI-Only sample and you create more child windows and place them at a position that will not contain them totally no scrollbar for the MDI parent ist shown.

After looking at how other applications do this (like Visual Studio, Photoshop, Office), we are going to take scrollbars out. They aren't used in those applications or any other that we've tested. Another reason is that the use of a parent ScrollViewer in the StandardMdiHost also caused some minor glitches when dragging windows.

Instead, we have implemented Cascade, Tile Horizontally, and Tile Vertically functionality. This is what all the applications we've tested do.
