We've just posted a new v4.0 beta build 452 at the same URL as before. This build has a lot more minor improvements, some of which have been discussed in the forums.
Some major notes are that layout save/load is now functional. Standard MDI is working better but still needs some improvements, mostly in the minimization and maximization states.
One other important note is that we are working towards FxCop compliance. And a change made accordingly is to change the 'WPF30' part of our assembly names to 'Wpf30'. This may force you to update the references in your projects and also update the licenses.licx entries.
As previously posted, we are nearing run-time code completion for the v4.0 release so please let us know immediately if you see any problems.
