Unexpected behaviour of the scrolling?..
How to get:
* Run test application
* Resize application window so the line # 1 is not full at the window and line # 6 is strikeout by the bottom boundary of the editor window
* Caret is at the begin of the line # 1. Press <End> to go to the end of the line # 1
* Press <Down> repeatly
* Caret hides from the editor window when arrive at the line # 8. It is at the end of the line # 8 but horizontal scrolling is not <IMG SRC="confused.gif" border="0">
* Press <Down>. Horizontal scrolling does not work too
* Press <Up>. Horizontal scrolling works and the end of the line # 8 is visible <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0">
