Do you mean on the upper right part where the minimize, close, etc. buttons are? Or do you mean on the left where the quick-access toolbar is?
Typically, help buttons are placed to the right of the tabs as Office does. For that (you can see it in our samples too), put a ribbon:Button in the Ribbon's TabPanelItems collection.
