Using the sample from my previous post where the items in ToolWindowTabPanel has a LayoutTransform (RotateTransform), the content of the SmartTag is rotated with the same Angle as the ToolWindowTabPanel.

No, not tooltip. In design mode when I get the SmartTab (or whatever it is called - should perhaps have been mentioned in the initial post) to change properties in the designer. Sample sent to support(at)actiprosoftware.com with subject "SmartTag content is rotated".
Feel free to use the TabPlacement functionallity in the next release. Tabs are not rendered properly when TabPlacement="Top".

The latest build of this product (v24.1.2) was released 2 days ago,
which was after the last post in this thread.
