1) Open the "Split Editor Views" sample
2) Select all and copy
3) Go to the end of the document and hold down Control-V to paste in thousands of lines
Expected result:
Scroll bar thumb should get progressively smaller and track to the _bottom_ of the scroll bar (since the caret is at the bottom of the document)
Actual result:
Scroll bar thumb does get progressively smaller, but it tracks to the _top_ of the scroll bar.
Note that this does not repro in most of the samples (though it is reproing in one of my SEs :-))
