Disable NavigationBar Popup

We have circumstances which make it necessary for us to never show the popup when the bar is collapsed; would it be possible to add a bool to the NavigationBar to give that ability?

An easy fix as it turns out is to apply a style to the NavigationBarMinimizedPopupToggleButton that has IsEnabled = false. Might still be handy to have a way to prevent the popup more explicitly (and not possibly affect appearance.)

We've added a new option for this, which will be part of the first 2009.2 release.
