I know you have been working on some changes for the next release and wondered if there was any change that would speed up the parsing, especially in the SQL langugae <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0"> where you have multi line text strings since on large documents adding/removing a ' at the beginning of the document basically stops the user from entering anything.
Not sure if it effects other particular parsing situations or not and it is kind of unique to sql wheree you can have a text string span multiple lines without requiring some type of breaking chars.
Just wanted to mention it in case you hade something you could do since I currently just don't parse multi line text strings since it slows down typing too much.
