Textbox control from one toolbar may be displayed in other toolbars.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Bar Controls sample.
2. Place 'Standard' toolbar at the right/left side of the window. [it is displayed wide in this case]
3. Open and close Customize... dialog => Standard toolbar should become smaller :)
4. Place 'Format' toolbar at the same side right after the 'Standard' toolbar.
5. Click 'Toolbar Options' arrow button for the 'Format' toolbar. It has the textbox from the 'Standard' toolbar but it should not.

Another scenario:
1. Open Bar Controls sample.
2. Place 'Format' toolbar at the first line right after the 'Standard' toolbar.
3. Resize window until the textbox from 'Standard' toolbar become invisible.
4. Click 'Toolbar Options' arrow button for the 'Format' toolbar. It has the textbox from the 'Standard' toolbar but it should not.

Hi Oleg,

After fixing the width issue you previously posted, I believe everything else is working correctly.

If you have both toolbars on the same dock location and in the same row, and the textbox/dropdown are properly hidden (per bug fix) then the toolbar options popup should show both hidden controls, which it does here.

The problem is in the fact the only one of these toolbars has this control (textbox). But it is shown in both toolbars in this case which is not right.

Actually that is by design. VS 2008 does the same thing.
