Version: 4.0.0284
Platform: .NET 2.0
Environment: Windows XP (32-bit)

1) Enter in editor:

@12345
12345
@12345
12345

2) Initiate search process, "Match whole word" option is ON
3) App will stop at first occurrence, "Find Next" won't work

Note:
The same behavior noted for $, #, % ...
Probably all special characters are processing the same way

Thanks for reporting this. Actually we already fixed the issue in the code that is almost ready for the next maintenance release. The next build should be out soon.

Hello,

I still have an issue with Find and MAtchwholeWord. Now this setting is ignored at all:
1.Use this query:
@12345
12345
@12345
12345
2.Select first @12345
3.Select "MatchWholeWord"
4.Every occurrence of "12345" will be selected.

Hello, I tried this again with the latest code and didn't see any problems. Perhaps you aren't on the latest build?
