Environment: Windows 7 (64-bit)
Sample Browser -> Ribbon -> Demos -> Document Editor (like Word) -> Run External Sample
Just change the scaling (bottom-right slider) to 200% and check where the system menu has hit focus -- position doesn't match the icon.
