We've just recently noticed that if you set "IsGlassEnabled" to false, you lose the ability to "Snap" a window when running on Windows 7. The following keystrokes have no effect:

WINDOWS + Left Arrow
WINDOWS + Right Arrow

WINDOWS + Up Arrow or Down Arrow appears to work.

Is this to be expected? This is easily reproduced using the Document Editor Demo for the Ribbon for even the latest release.

That functionality is implemented by the system and isn't anything we do. Perhaps by turning the border off in Win32 styles to do custom drawing, Windows think's it a popup-like form instead and disables that snap functionality.
