Version: 10.2.0531
Platform: .NET 4.0
Environment: Windows XP (32-bit)

We have problems with the behavior of ToolWindow dragging operations in the current version. It seems this didn't occur before. On some systems (it happenened on a WinXP and another Win7 system). It seems there is a dragging threshold which displays the ghost only after some period of time.
Using a floating ToolWindow:
I start the drag and move the mouse very quickly to another location far from the current position and stop moving the mouse, but without droping the Window. Until that point, no drag&drop ghost/clone appeared (no visual feedback). If I wait 1-2 seconds and move the mouse a little, the ghost appears and the drag operation works properly.
It seems that the strength of the effect also varies with the overall system performance.
