Hi Guys,

I can get tooltips working on the elements we add to the Overlays but cannot get the ToolTipOpening event to fire. Is there a way of hooking this up?

Hi John,

The ToolTipOpening event documentation says "ToolTipOpening will not be raised if the value of ToolTip is null or otherwise unset. Do not deliberately set ToolTip to null while a tooltip is open or opening; this will not have the effect of closing the tooltip, and will instead create an undesirable visual artifact in the UI".

If you are setting ToolTip, then please put together a small sample project that reproduces the issue you are seeing and email it over to our support address. Once we have that, we can take a closer look.
