Control over Word Wrap - SyntaxEditor for WPF Forum

I have been a user of your WinForms SyntaxEditor for quite some time. The new WPF control looks great!

A quick question about word wrap. Is it possible to control the algorithm for when a line break occurs?

I have text that is separated by '|' such as |This is some text|This is more text|

What I would like to do is have the text always wrap on a '|' character and not on the space inbetween.

Hi Jonathan,

Unfortunately no because we currently use the native WPF text formatting features and that has its own wrap determination logic that I don't believe we can access.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.4) was released 1 month ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
