If I have a digital gauge, not large enough to display the whole text :
1) I set the ScrollState to ScrollState.Left
2) I put the Value to 'VERY LONG TEXT SO THAT IT COULD NOT BE DISPLAYED COMPLETELY.'
3) I can see the text scrolling from the end : I see first 'COMPLETELY.' and then I have to wait from the scroll to see the begining of the sentence.
=> the Scroll should begin by the start (or the end) of the sentence once the Value is changed AND the ScrollState property is allready known at ScrollState.Left (or ScrollState.Right)
