Sorry, not just yet. Right now we're working on automated IntelliPrompt for the .NET Languages Add-on. At the moment we're tackling quick info, and then will do completion list. After that, we plan on adding parameter info and will need to build out the related core feature area at that time.
I'll add your post to our TODO list item for it so we can let you know when it's done. In the meantime, watch our blog for updates.

Just FYI, as described in this blog post, IntelliPrompt parameter info features are coming to SyntaxEditor for WPF/Silverlight in the 2011.2 version.
