Platform: .NET 4.0
Environment: Windows 7 (64-bit)

1) open Docking & MDI Features Demo (External)
2) float Toolbox window
3) float Tool Window Docking window
4) dock Tool Window Docking window to Toolbox window (tabbed)
5) resize entire floating window on left (i.e. drag left edge of window back and forth from left to right... maybe a couple of inches, etc. at a realistic average speed)
You will notice that as you are resizing the window, the entire window intermittently flashes black and the content disappears for a second.
You can also try resizing the bottom edge of the floating window... if you can not repro on th left edge.
Doesn't occur on the top and right edges.
Seems to be somehow related to the content in the windows since simple floating windows don't have the flash to black problem.
