Here's an obscure bug for you:

1) open up Document Editor (like Word)
2) open up Notepad
3) position Notepad on top of Document Editor so that the left edge of Notepad is covering about 1/2 the red X in the upper right hand corner of Document Editor
4) Notepad is the active app with Document Editor visible directly underneath
5) mouse over the red X on Document Editor (do not activate) left to right

You will notice that once you are on top of notepad, the X in Document Editor is now stuck "on" permanently. This is actually an issue with all three frame buttons.

Thanks for reporting this. I can repro it and my guess is that it's due to us needing to move the WPF client area (to draw the QAT) over the window's non-client titlebar area. It must be causing this subtle negative side effect. I'm not sure what we can do to fix it at this time but will mark it down.
