I have been experimenting with more heavily CSS coded formats, and ran into a problem. If I specify a background in a CSS, it doesn't show up in Design view, only Web view. I chased this one around for about an hour before I accidentally hit the wrong tab and found the problem...
In a CSS...
body {background="xxxx"}
will not put the background image on the Design view, only the Web view.
