Default Text Color

Can anyone help me, I'm trying to set up a language definition whereby the background color is a dark blue shade, and so I need the default text color (not keywords or anything) to be White. However I just cannot find any way of doing this. The default state in my XML file is set to White but it doesn't make any difference.

<Style Key="DefaultState" ForeColor="White" BackColor="Default" Bold="False" Italic="False" Underline="False" />

Change the key from DefaultState to DefaultStyle. That would probably make it not work.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.1) was released 1 month ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
