Hi,

is there a way to set the transparency color of the image that is displayed on the toolwindow tab.

There is no current setting for that but I'll add it to the TODO list for you.

Is there a default transparency color for those images? Or may i have to use a transparent gif? Currently it doesn't look very fine;)

We just end up calling DrawImage with the default transparency setting. Using a transparent GIF should allow you to have transparency for a specific color, if that's what you're looking for. I thought you were originally asking for a way to set the alpha of the whole image. You also can use an ImageList on the DockManager and set the transparency color there.
