RTF export does not consider background colors

Hi,

currently the background colors of highlighting styles are not exported for RTF files.

If a user specifies a light foreground color combined with a dark background color, the text will not be readable in the exported RTF document.

Since Word supports background colors for RTF, I assume it should be possible.

Thanks for the suggestion, we'll try and get it added for the next maintenance release.
