Dear actipro team,

we are currently in the process of porting one of our applications to Mac OS X through Mono. For this purpose, we were having a look at your Docking suite for Windows Forms.

Do you think it would be possible to use your ActiproSoftware.Docking.WinForms library on OS X using Mono?

I already did some checks with the mono migration analyzer, and it did show some P/Invokes which are not likely to work on OS X. But I would highly appreciate  it if you could give me some further insights.

Thank you, and best regards,

Peter

Hi Peter,

I'm sorry but there are a number of P/Invokes required for the docking windows to operate properly.  So I doubt it will work on Mono without a lot of source changes that I'm not even sure you'd find equivalents for.
