I am a programer over 20 years ago, and love the codewriter app, that reason for my suggest or idea.

Scrolling, with your finger, on the touch screen, on a program (or any text) of many lines (+1000), becomes tedious and delays the development time ... time that had been gained with the usability improvements that have added lately.

It would be nice to be able to use the scroll bar (with your finger on the touch screen) to have more control when navigating through long documents.

Thanks for the space! and this cool application.

We agree with you that it's very annoying that ScrollBar in UWP doesn't support touch interaction.  This is something we've been frustrated with for a while, but it's unfortunately part of Microsoft's code for the UWP ScrollBar control to ignore touch interaction and we've never found a workaround for the ScrollBar control itself.
