Drag and Drop of tool bar items as in word document. - Docking/MDI for WPF Forum

Hello All,

I want to create a form which as a similar look of windows word doc. (Tool bar Look).
I want to customize the look so that it should allow me to drag and drop items over the form. for example if we go to window word we can add additional tool bars like drawing and we can drag and drop them any where within the form.

Hi Bharath,

To be sure I understand correctly, you are requesting drag and drop toolbars like in Visual Studio, right? If so, we don't have those right now but will consider it as a future product.

Hi,

Have the visual studio toolbar/tool window with drag and drop been implemented since this post was last updated?

I am after the same as visual studio, so basically having a listview with labels/textblocks which icons that drag on to the main content area as controls, such as textbox or combobox etc.

Please let me know if this exists or if i have to write something custom to do it.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.1) was released 2 months ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
