Hi Billy,
The DateTimeEditBox supports the standard and custom DateTime formats. So you can use a format like "HH:mm:ss" to indicate that a 24-hour clock should be used. More information can be found here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/8kb3ddd4.aspx
