Environment: Windows 7 (64-bit)
Just try using your Sample Browser:
Demos -> Aero Wizard (external window) -> Run External Sample
Click where the systemmenu normaly would be (left top corner) but isn't visible: It appears. Doubleclick there: The wizard disappears instead of toggling maximized window state.
