How to Open the DockGuide on drag the icon exists in the tw - Docking/MDI for WPF Forum

Can i open the dockguide on dragging the icon from the tool window and on dropping the icon in the dockguide selectd area , another tool window should open in that selected area ?

For Example :- Consider Docksite consists of one toolwindow and some icons or images exists in that tool window.If i drag the icon from the toolwindow1 a dockguide should be displayed and drop the icon in the selected area of the dockguide,another toolwindow should open in that selected area of the dockguide.

Hi Keshav,

Sorry, but no that is not supported. You may be able to reuse our DockGuideCross control to show the guides, but you would have to implement the drag/drop code yourself.

The latest build of this product (v24.1.3) was released 3 months ago, which was after the last post in this thread.
