The latest build of this product (v5.2.0) was released 24 years ago, which was before this thread was created.

Hi,

One of the sites I have to update has quite a long username. When entering the Server Information, I can't fit the whole user name in; it cuts off the last two chars. Is there any way for me to increase the maxlength from this side? I'm going to ask the ISP support to shorten the login by two chars but I thought there might be the off chance that I could get going in the meantime.

Unfortunately the data files are fixed to the size at which they are defined so there's nothing we can do. Like you said it's best to have the ISP shorten the length.
