We've added this to the TODO list, but don't have a timeframe yet of when it would be supported.

Is there an event, for the built-in editors, whenever a property is changed? So we can call the property validation.

Unfortunately, there isn't a single event that you can hook into, such as a bubbled routed event. I've added this to the TODO list though.
On the bright side, we've added support for IDataErrorInfo which will be included in the next maintenance release.
